A professional service from start to finish

Increased Energy Production

Regular cleaning removes dirt, debris, and other residues that can block sunlight from efficiently reaching the solar cells. Servicing ensures that all system components are in optimal working condition. Together, these actions can significantly increase your system’s energy output, making it more productive and cost-effective.

Extended System Lifespan

Dirt and debris can not only reduce efficiency but also cause premature aging and wear on solar panels. By maintaining clean surfaces and ensuring that all parts are functioning as intended, regular servicing helps to extend the lifespan of your entire solar system, protecting your investment over the long term.

Cost Savings

A well-maintained solar system operates more efficiently and requires fewer repairs. Regular cleaning and preventive maintenance can identify and fix small issues before they become major problems, leading to significant cost savings in potential repair bills and unplanned downtime.

Safety Enhancements

Servicing includes checks for electrical safety, structural integrity, and overall system health. Regular maintenance helps prevent electrical fires, system failures, and other safety hazards, ensuring the safety of both the system and its surroundings.

Common questions

Regular cleaning is crucial because dirt, dust, pollen, and other debris can accumulate on your solar panels, obstructing sunlight and reducing their efficiency and power output. Clean panels ensure maximum absorption of sunlight, thereby optimizing energy production.

The frequency of cleaning and servicing can vary based on your location, the amount of dust and debris in the environment, and the specific manufacturer’s recommendations. Generally, it’s advisable to have your solar panels cleaned and inspected at least once a year to ensure optimal performance.

A standard cleaning involves removing debris and cleaning the panels with appropriate solvents that do not damage the solar cells. Servicing might include checking and tightening of electrical connections, inspecting mounting systems for integrity, updating software, and general maintenance checks on inverters and other components.

While it is possible to clean solar panels yourself, it is recommended to have professional cleaning to avoid damage to the panels or potential safety hazards, especially for panels installed in hard-to-reach areas. Professionals use the right tools and have the expertise to identify issues that may not be apparent to the untrained eye.
